A tattoo should feel considered from the first conversation to the final line. At Rego Park Tattoo, we work with clients who arrive with everything from a finished reference to a rough idea they have been carrying around for years. Our job is to understand what matters to you, turn it into a design that works on the body, and tattoo it with careful attention to placement, scale, contrast, and longevity.
Our studio works across black and grey tattoos, portrait tattoos, fineline tattoos, color tattoos, and cover-up tattoos. We also offer piercing. Some clients come in for a small, understated piece; others are planning larger work that develops over several sessions. Either way, we keep the process straightforward and give the work the time it needs.
Rego Park Tattoo grew from owner and tattoo artist Marco DeLuca's years working around Queens and learning how personal a neighborhood tattoo shop can become. Marco started tattooing professionally after apprenticing in Queens, gradually developing a reputation among regular clients for patient consultations and black and grey work. After years of seeing clients travel across the borough for appointments, he wanted to build a studio rooted closer to the communities he knew best.
He opened Rego Park Tattoo with a simple idea: good tattooing starts with listening. Today, Marco works alongside tattoo artist Nadia Rahman and piercer and studio coordinator Luis Vega. Their styles and responsibilities are different, but the approach is shared: explain the process clearly, never rush a design decision, and make the studio comfortable for experienced collectors and first-time clients alike.
More about us
Our work ranges from subtle fineline pieces to detailed portraits, saturated color, thoughtful cover-ups, and professional piercing. Every tattoo begins with a conversation about the design, placement, size, skin, and the way the piece should age.

You do not need to know tattoo terminology before getting in touch. Send us the basic idea, approximate size, placement, and any useful references. We can talk through what is realistic and what the next step should be.

We use your references as a starting point rather than treating them as a finished answer. Placement, proportions, detail, and style are considered together so the tattoo belongs on your body.
We explain what will work, what may need adjustment, and why. If an idea needs to be larger, simpler, or approached differently for a better tattoo, we tell you before the session.
A small fineline tattoo deserves the same planning as a large portrait. We focus on clean execution and choices intended to remain readable as the tattoo settles and ages.
We want clients to feel comfortable asking questions and returning with new ideas. Rego Park Tattoo was built to be a neighborhood studio rather than an intimidating tattoo experience.
Black and grey, portrait, fineline, color, and cover-up projects each demand different decisions. Our team helps match the project with the right approach.
Send us your idea, approximate size, placement, and any references that explain the direction you like. We can use that information to decide whether the next step should be a consultation or an appointment.
Pricing depends on size, placement, detail, style, color, and the time required to complete the piece. We prefer to review the actual project before discussing an estimate because two tattoos of the same size can require very different amounts of work.
Yes. A rough concept, a few references, or even a clear description is enough to begin the conversation. We can help shape the idea into something appropriate for tattooing.
Absolutely. We explain placement, preparation, the tattooing process, and basic aftercare so you know what to expect. Questions are welcome before you commit to the design.
